Sirius/XM application fix for EVO

Sirius/XM application or another streaming app not working on your EVO? There is a fix and it does work. In order to do this you do need to contact sprint to get the MSL for your phone. Once you have it, do the following:

Using the dialer, enter ##3282#

Select Edit and enter your MSL

Select Advanced

Scroll all the way down to HTTP PD Proxy Address and change the setting to 0.0.0.0  

Next, change the HTTP PD Proxy Port to 0

A recent update changed these settings to pd.vog....sprint which broke a lot of  apps that use streaming data. I do not know why sprint made this change but your phone will work better after this change!
